FORZA CYCLING ACADEMY
We strive for quality on the highest level for all our services. We require the same from our coaches and trainers. That is why we start with the training of Master Coach / Master Trainer anually through our own FORZA CYCLING ACADEMY. Both programs will be partly executed in the Netherlands and partly on the island of Mallorca. A positive conclusion will be awarded with a certificate. We also offer a “job guarantee” with a financial compensation at FORZA CYCLING MALLORCA.
MASTER COACH
- Fitness test consisting of a maximum test conducted at and by the SMA Central Netherlands of sports physician Guido Vroemen in Amersfoort.
- Fitness test consisting of an endurance ride on the island of Mallorca.
- A course Emergency Response Officer carried out at and by a certified institute in the east of the Netherlands.
- Making several cycling routes on the island of Mallorca.
- Workshop about leadership and leadership qualities.
- Basic beginners’ course Spanish.
MASTER TRAINER
- Fitness test consisting of a maximum test conducted at and by the SMA Central Netherlands of sports physician Guido Vroemen in Amersfoort
- Fitness test consisting of an endurance ride on the island of Mallorca.
- A course Emergency Response Officer carried out at and by a certified institute in the east of the Netherlands.
- Making several cycling routes on the island of Mallorca.
- Workshop about leadership and leadership qualities.
- Basic beginners’ course Spanish.
- Workshop about the basis of the training principles.
- Workshop about the digital training programme Training Peaks.
- Workshop about the basis of dietetics.
- Handbook “Het geheim van het wielrennen” (the secret of cycle racing) written by sports physician Guido Vroemen
CERTIFICATION
After obtaining the certificate “Master Coach” you are able to carry out the coaching levels 2 and 3 of FORZA CYCLING MALLORCA independently. If you come into possession of the certificate “Master Trainer”, you are able to carry out coaching level 4 independently as well.
The participation costs per person are €695,00 for Master Coach and €845,00 for Master Trainer. Staying 3 nights on half board at Hotel Helios on Mallorca is included in the price. Not included are the following costs: flights, bike rental, transfer fees from the hotel to the airport and vice versa, other expenses and 21% VAT.
We invest in you, you invest in us. The “return on investment” depends on your own effort after obtaining the certificate. Certain health insurance policies compensate part of the costs of the maximum test. Please contact your health insurance company.
